Processing and production
On our vessels, we manage the entire process, from fishing to packaging, ensuring the utmost freshness and quality of the product. Each piece is caught on the high seas and immediately frozen on board, preserving its full flavor, texture, and nutritional properties.
We can adapt to our clients’ needs and market demands. We offer the following customized cuts:
Whole
unprocessed
Fish caught and processed without any modification, with all its parts intact.

HGT
headed, gutted and tailed
Processed fish with the head, guts, and tail removed.

Types of packaging
Interleaved
The fish are covered with multiple layers of material (sheets) fused together, providing enhanced protection, durability, and preservation.

IWP
Processed fish with the head, guts, and tail removed.

Commercial formats
- FREEZING: Blast freezer.
- DIMENSIONS: 580 x 380 x 100 mm.
- PROCESS: The block is placed directly into a polypropylene bag.
- FREEZING: Blast freezer.
- DIMENSIONS: 690 x 390 x 130 mm.
- PROCESS: The block with a cardboard base is placed inside a double-laminated woven polypropylene sack.
